Orders are delivered by DPD.

UK standard delivery - £6.30

Ireland standard delivery - £18.78

The team will aim to despatch your order within 3 working days but please do allow up to 7 working days to receive your order. 

Please note that delivery can take up to 14 working days during peak sale periods (Christmas, Friends and Family sale etc)

Once your order leaves the warehouse and is collected by DPD, they will provide you with a tracking number. Please note, this service is only available if you entered your contact number/email address at the checkout.

 

FAQs

Why is the delivery cost so high?

This cost enables us to offer you the lowest possible discounts on the products and covers the cost of DPD and the team who pick and pack your parcels at the warehouse.

Why has the shipping fee been increased for orders to Ireland?

Due to Brexit and because Ireland is a member of the European Union, goods sent from the UK will no longer be charged UK VAT, instead import VAT & import duty will be charged at local EU country rates. 

All parcels sent with DPD Local are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means any customs duty owed must be paid by the recipient.
Customs officials will contact the recipient for payment if there is any duty owed, and this will need to be paid before the parcel is released. Parcels will be held by customs until payments are made. 

I have received my order, but there are items missing/out of stock

If an item is out of stock, this will be marked on your invoice as OOS.

If an item is marked as despatched but is missing from your parcel, please contact Staffsaleuk@benefitcosmetics.com with your order number, the item(s) missing and a copy of your invoice.

While we try our best to ensure stock levels are updated regularly, due to the volume of traffic on the site at one time, unfortunately there will be occasions where you may be able to add an item to your basket which has just gone out of stock. 

Please be assured you will be refunded for any items that are not shipped to you. (Please also see below REFUND INFORMATION)

Unfortunately the warehouse team are unable to send alternative items in replacement for any items that are out of stock.

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

We hope you will understand, that unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on items purchased on the Staff Sale website, unless they are faulty.

Should you receive items that are faulty, please contact the team at StaffSaleuk@benefitcosmetics.com with your order number and images illustrating the issue and a member of the team will happily assist you.

 

REFUND INFORMATION

A refund report is sent to the Staff Sale team every Monday, therefore if you have received an order with items that are out of stock, please be assured you will be manually refunded for the items and you will receive an email confirmation from us to confirm your refund has been actioned.

Please allow up to 3 working days for the account used to place the order to be credited.
